Yumeka Niesha Caldwell, a 21-year-old African American woman, tragically passed away on July 10, 2009, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Yumeka's death was a significant loss to her family and community. She was survived by her sons, Quay'vion Caldwell and Damarion Caldwell, her daughter, A'Quiesha Phifer, her mother, Sabrina Caldwell, her father, Larry Alexander, and her sisters, Moesha Caldwell and Moshay Herriott.
