Angel Marie Carlton, a 25-year-old woman from Charlotte, NC, tragically lost her life on December 2, 2015. She was the mother of three children. The incident occurred near Lawrence Orr Elementary School in east Charlotte. Carlton's death was the result of a shooting, and the investigation led to the arrest of Montez Stephon McLaurin.
