Guadalupe F. Rosas, a 59-year-old woman of Mexican ethnicity, tragically lost her life on May 30, 2010, in Apex, North Carolina. She was a cashier at the Super Target in Apex when she was shot to death by an ex-boyfriend. The shooter, whose name was not released by authorities pending notification of his family, then took his own life when confronted by police. The incident occurred around 11:35 a.m., and the store was evacuated with nearby businesses placed on lockdown.
