Amanda Smith Morrow, a 39-year-old white female, was tragically found dead on October 16, 2010, in Waynesville, North Carolina. Amanda was a dedicated teacher at Fairview School in Sylva and had a background in dental hygiene. She was a native of Catawba County but had spent most of her life in Haywood County.

The investigation into Amanda's death revealed that she was a victim of domestic violence. Her estranged husband, Michael David Morrow, was arrested and charged with her murder. The ...
