Barry Wayne Cook, a 39-year-old male from Zionville, North Carolina, tragically passed away on November 22, 2010. Barry was born on June 12, 1971, to Chuck Cook and the late Shirley Trivett Cook. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tiffany Dawn Cook, and a nephew, Adam Ray. Barry's unexpected death left a void in the lives of his family and friends.
