Diane Burns, a 51-year-old woman from Charlotte, NC, tragically passed away on April 5, 2014. She was found shot and lying in the middle of the road on Seymour Drive. Despite being transported to Carolinas Medical Center Main, she succumbed to her injuries. The incident led to a significant police response, including the involvement of a SWAT team.
