Duane Lavoris Bright Jr., a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on July 15, 2014, in La Grange, North Carolina. According to the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office, Duane Bright Jr. was found dead with a gunshot wound on South Wooten Street in La Grange. His family described his death as horrific and have been seeking justice for their loved one.
