Rashed Rashon Outlaw, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 5, 2022, in La Grange, North Carolina. The incident occurred on the 400 block of South Wooten Street, where deputies from the Lenoir County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of a shooting.
