Artravis Ned Little, a 31-year-old African American male, was found shot to death outside his home on Smith Street in Thomasville, NC, on July 15, 2014. Despite emergency CPR efforts, Little was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident occurred around 12:45 p.m., and police were called to the location shortly after the shooting.
