On the evening of July 1, 2024, at approximately 10:03 p.m., Thomasville Police Department officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 300 block of West Main Street in Thomasville, North Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered Johnny Marshall, a 50-year-old resident of Lexington, deceased from gunshot wounds.
