Keyeon Garner, a 15-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 4, 2014, in Weldon, North Carolina. Keyeon was walking with a group near 11th Avenue and Maple Street Extension when two men emerged from the woods and opened fire, resulting in his death and injuring two others who were with him.
