Austin Hedrick, a 16-year-old boy from Catawba, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on October 17, 2014. Austin, who was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Newton and a student at Bunker Hill High School, was in the passenger seat of a pickup truck driven by his father when a rifle in the vehicle accidentally discharged, striking him in the head.
