Caitlin Faulkenberry, a 25-year-old female student at Pitt Community College, tragically lost her life on November 21, 2014, in Greenville, North Carolina. She was fatally stabbed at her apartment complex, Whitebridge Apartments, by her fiancé, Calvin Lavance Clay Jr., who was 26 years old at the time. Faulkenberry was rushed to Vidant Medical Center but succumbed to her injuries.
