On the night of May 28, 2024, in Greenville, North Carolina, 55-year-old Tammy Junice Greene was fatally shot in her residence on Montclair Drive. Responding to reports of gunfire around 11:30 p.m., police discovered Greene deceased at the scene from gunshot wounds. Another woman, 34-year-old Karla Keely White, was also found injured and was transported to ECU Health Medical Center; she was expected to survive.
