Wilbert Lamont McNeill, a 43-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on February 24, 2015, in Bunnlevel, North Carolina. The incident occurred at Smokey's, a bar located behind a home on Bunnlevel Erwin Road. Law enforcement personnel responded to the scene at approximately 1:30 a.m. and discovered McNeill deceased at the bar.
