Antonio Kuamell King, a 24-year-old African American male, was found shot inside his residence at 1104 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Greensboro, North Carolina, on the night of April 8, 2015. His girlfriend discovered him and immediately called 911. King was initially listed in critical but stable condition but succumbed to his injuries early the next morning, on April 9, 2015. The Greensboro police reclassified the investigation as a homicide shortly after his death.
