Donnell Ray Williams, a 55-year-old African American male, passed away on May 12, 2015, in Wilson, North Carolina. Williams, affectionately known as "Donnie Ray," was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the 500 block of Manchester Street. Despite the efforts of first responders and medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at Wilson Medical Center.

The investigation into Williams' death revealed that he had been shot by Arthur Lee Parker, a 58-year-old acquaintance. Parker was arreste ...
