Octavis Sentex Geter, a 23-year-old African American male, was found shot and left to die on the side of the road in Hickory, North Carolina, on June 6, 2015. The incident occurred in the 800 block of 2nd Street Southeast, where a large crowd of people had gathered around him. Despite being taken to the hospital, Geter succumbed to his injuries. The Hickory Police Department launched an investigation into the homicide, seeking the community's help to bring the responsible individual to justice. ...
