Carlos Cesar Vasquez Luna, a 47-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on January 9, 2016, in Dudley, North Carolina. The incident occurred at his residence on Sleepy Creek Road, where he was found dead by Wayne County deputies after reports of shots fired. The Wayne County grand jury indicted four men in connection with the murder of Carlos Cesar Vasquez Luna. Jerry Aundrey Parks, a 42-year-old male, was indicted on a first-degree murder charge for his involvement in the killing. Parks, along with Montrel Demontrin Allen, Billy Renaldo Hamm, a 44-year-old male, and Darius Lamar Chestnut, a 35-year-old male, were all charged with aiding Jennele Lea Howard Wall in the death of Luna. The suspects were also involved in the shooting and injury of Alfred Garcias.
