Carlos Cesar Vasquez Luna, a 47-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on January 9, 2016, in Dudley, North Carolina. The incident occurred at his residence on Sleepy Creek Road, where he was found dead by Wayne County deputies after reports of shots fired. Another individual, Alfred Garcias, a 25-year-old male, was also shot and injured during the same incident. He was transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital and later to Vidant Hospital in Greenville for further treatment.
