Anthony King, a 41-year-old African American man from Roseboro, North Carolina, tragically died on July 3, 2016, as a result of injuries sustained during a chaotic incident at the Lakewood Country Club in Salemburg. The incident occurred during a private party held at the club, which was rented out for the event. Around 2:30 a.m., a fight broke out, leading to multiple injuries.
