Sebastian Unique Smith, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 18, 2016, in Wake Forest, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:30 a.m., on North Allen Road, near East Nelson Avenue. Smith was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the front yard of Hope House, a community service organization located at 334 N. Allen Road. He was immediately transported to WakeMed hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
