Mary Tarr, a 20-year-old woman from Charlotte, NC, was tragically killed on August 22, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Pineville-Matthews Road at Baybrook Lane. Mary Tarr and another woman, aged 24, were found in a car that had been involved in a fatal crash. Both women had been shot, and Mary Tarr was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other woman was taken to Carolinas Medical Center with serious injuries.
