Randolph Davidson, a 32-year-old man, was fatally shot on November 6, 2016, in Garner, North Carolina. The incident occurred early in the morning at an apartment complex on Spring Drive. According to reports, Davidson was involved in a domestic altercation with his girlfriend, Kellie Jacobs Harris, a 26-year-old woman.
