Elhadji Mansour Seck, a 36-year-old Senegalese man, was tragically killed on June 13, 2019, in Garner, North Carolina. Seck, who was a taxi driver for Amigo Taxi, was found shot inside his vehicle on Poole Drive. The incident occurred during an attempted robbery by two men, Javonta La'Keith Williams and Quinn Louis Giles, who called for a taxi and then tried to rob Seck of $100.
