Zakee Harrell, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2016, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. in the 3100 block of Wedgedale Avenue near Walton Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found Zakee Harrell dead in the street from gunfire.
