Jamal McClinton Coltrane, a 31-year-old African American male, was found shot to death inside a car on N.C. Highway 55 in Durham, North Carolina, on November 7, 2021. The Durham police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle stopped on the highway around 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Coltrane's lifeless body inside the vehicle.
