Bre'Untae JaWon Hicks, a 27-year-old resident of Jonesboro, Louisiana, passed away on October 7, 2023, due to a fatal shooting.
The incident led to an investigation by the Jackson Parish Sheriff's Office. Following the investigation, an arrest was made in connection with Hicks' death. Jackson Parish Sheriff Andy Brown announced that an individual was taken into custody and charged with murder in relation to the shooting.
