Omar Ravon Perry, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 19, 2021, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred near a convenience store at the corner of Morning Glory and Alston avenues. Omar was in front of the Family Food Mart when he was shot. Despite being taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, his injuries proved fatal, and he later died at the hospital.
