Rakeem McGoogan, a 26-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 18, 2017, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. On that fateful evening, McGoogan was found with gunshot wounds after his vehicle crashed into a home on Strickland Bridge Road. Despite being rushed to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries. The occupants of the home were unharmed.
