Billy Ray Bare, a 39-year-old man from Lexington, North Carolina, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on June 17, 2017. The incident occurred at a home in Lexington, where Davidson County sheriff's deputies responded to a call around 7:30 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Billy Ray Bare deceased and another man, aged 24, wounded. The identity of the injured man has not been released. Billy Ray Bare was pronounced dead at the scene.
