Bryant James Rosser, a 27-year-old male from Sanford, NC, tragically lost his life on August 14, 2017. He was found dead alongside Kelcie Lyn Vann, a 24-year-old female, in a bullet-riddled car on a dirt path near Buffalo Lake Road. The vehicle, a Toyota Camry, had multiple gunshot impacts on the hood and windshield, and the victims were discovered inside the car, with Rosser in the driver's seat and Vann next to him.
