Wendell Devon Hill Jr., a 20-year-old African American male from Sanford, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on March 10, 2021. Wendell, affectionately known as "Lil Wendell," was born on August 19, 2000, to Wendell Devon Hill Sr. and Stacy Lavon Williams in Lee County, NC.
