Kenneth Bernard Edwards, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 3, 2017, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Kenneth was found dead from a gunshot wound on Roadway Street, marking the city's 81st homicide for that year. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call and pronounced Kenneth deceased at the scene.
