Peter Carocci, 21, went missing on August 15, 1987, during a fishing trip off the coast of Narragansett, Rhode Island. He and his friend Michael Sweet set out on a 19-foot outboard motorboat but never returned. Their boat was later discovered swamped and adrift approximately 15 miles southeast of Block Island.
