Qumain Pratt, a 27-year-old African American male from High Point, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2017. The incident occurred in the early hours of Christmas Eve, around 4:06 AM, when police were called to the intersection of Apex Place and Worth Street in High Point.
