Emmanuel Hargrove, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2018, in Henderson, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 11:55 p.m. when Henderson police officers responded to a shooting in the 100 block of Parham Road. Upon arrival, they found Emmanuel Hargrove with a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Maria Parham Medical Center by Vance County EMS, where he succumbed to his injuries.
