Devon Jervay Harvin, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 21, 2018, in Asheville, North Carolina. Devon was born on December 1, 1996, and was a resident of Asheville at the time of his death. He was a graduate of Asheville High School and was employed at Buffalo Wild Wings Restaurant. Devon was known for his close-knit family, including his father, Stanley Harvin, and his maternal grandparents, Harmon and Beatrice Hudson.
