Jacob Kameron Secor, a 24-year-old man from Durham, North Carolina, was found shot to death in a parking lot on South Alston Avenue on September 12, 2018. The Durham Police Department responded to the scene around 4:30 a.m. and discovered Secor's body. Despite the investigation, no charges have been filed in connection with his death.
