Thaddeus Darnell Holloway, a 38-year-old African American male, was tragically killed in a broad-daylight shooting on April 15, 2019, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. on South Elm Street near Angier Avenue. Holloway was walking home from a nearby store when he was shot.
