Alicia Ann Lewis, a 61-year-old woman from Otway, North Carolina, passed away on September 14, 2018. Alicia was found dead at her home, and her death was later determined to be part of an apparent murder-suicide. The Carteret County Sheriff's Office, along with the North Carolina Army National Guard, responded to the scene during active hurricane conditions.
