Trashon Alterrek Rhem, a 25-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 9, 2018, in Kinston, North Carolina. He was born on January 7, 1993, in Pitt County to Egbert Kirt Rhem and Christie Legail Wayne. Trashon Rhem was pronounced dead at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville after sustaining life-threatening injuries from a gunshot wound.
