Bobby McKeithen, a 16-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 29, 2018, in Matthews, North Carolina. The incident occurred at Butler High School, where Bobby was a sophomore. The shooting took place in a crowded hallway at around 7 a.m., following an altercation between Bobby and another student, Jatwan Cuffie, who was also 16 years old.
