William Charles Simons Jr., a 16-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on November 18, 2018, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was found with a gunshot wound at an apartment on Eltha Drive just after 3 a.m. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries.
