Charles Kejuan Burns, a 38-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on November 19, 2022, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was one of three victims in a shooting incident that occurred in the early hours of that morning on Attucks Street. Burns succumbed to his injuries later that day at a local hospital.
