Kestler Rayo Bridgers, a 31-year-old male from Rocky Mount, North Carolina, was tragically killed on January 5, 2019. Bridgers, along with 39-year-old Torrey Tinell Hill, was found dead after gunfire was reported along Carroll Avenue just after 9 p.m. on that fateful Saturday. Both men succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
