Henry Rogers, a 70-year-old man from Rowland, North Carolina, was found shot to death inside his home on Union School Road on January 24, 2019. The investigation led to the arrest of 18-year-old Skyler Nakota Lowery, who was charged with first-degree murder and discharging a weapon into an occupied property.
