Darrell Travonne Willie Green, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 24, 2019, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 4:15 a.m., when police were dispatched to the 3300 block of Capital Boulevard in response to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered that Green had been shot while sitting in a car. He was subsequently transported by a private vehicle to WakeMed, where he later succumbed to his injuries
