Jose Luis Hernandez-Gutierrez, a 46-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on September 24, 2021, in Raleigh, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 5:30 a.m., in the parking lot of a shopping center located in the 4400 block of Craftsman Drive, just outside the Interstate 440 Beltline.
