Delaun Cortez Parker, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2019, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Parker, affectionately known as "Bam-Bam," was a father of four and had just celebrated his 31st birthday. On the night of his death, Parker had gone out with friends and was at an unlicensed liquor house when he was shot multiple times. He died at the scene.
