Michael Farrington, a 36-year-old African American man from Raleigh, NC, was tragically killed on April 15, 2019. The incident occurred during a drug deal that took a deadly turn. James Adam Hooker, a 25-year-old man from Fuquay-Varina, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder and two counts of felony child abuse inflicting serious mental or physical injury.
